Role Description

This is a full-time role based out of our Sterling, VA warehouse for a Solar Installer. The Solar Installer will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of photovoltaic systems on rooftops or other structures according to design specifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, carpentry, roofing, or electrical work is required
• Experience in solar panel installation and maintenance, knowledge of electrical systems is preferred
• Ability to work at heights and on rooftops, as well as lift heavy objects and use power tools
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, ability to read and interpret technical documents, and familiarity with safety standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with clean record and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
