Role Description The Payroll Manager will oversee end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing for all employees in compliance with relevant laws and internal policies. This full-time remote role includes managing payroll schedules, reviewing data inputs, handling adjustments, and coordinating with HR and Finance to resolve discrepancies. The Payroll Manager will administer tax withholdings, garnishments, and benefits-related payroll entries, while maintaining secure payroll records and reporting. Additional responsibilities include optimizing payroll systems and workflows, responding to employee payroll inquiries, and supporting audits and regulatory reporting.\n
Qualifications

• Proficiency in Payroll Administration and Payroll Management, including end-to-end processing and compliance.

• Experience handling Payroll Taxes and Garnishments with strong knowledge of regulatory requirements.

• Ability to manage Employee Benefits as they relate to payroll, including deductions and contributions.
\n
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience with payroll software and HRIS systems.
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
\n
• Understanding of relevant labor, tax, and social security regulations; experience in a multinational or healthcare-related environment is an advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, HR, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
