About the Clinician's WorkdayClinicians will provide on-site hematology and oncology coverage at a free-standing cancer center, delivering weekend clinic services for an adult patient population and managing 15-18 patients per day. The clinical scope encompasses general hematologic and oncologic conditions, with a distribution of approximately 40% hematology and 60% oncology, and participation in tumor boards is required. Call coverage is a required component of this assignment, structured at a 1:3 ratio during the week and 1:5 on weekends. All clinical documentation must be maintained through the EPIC EMR system for patient encounters and treatment planning activities.
